Bite Me pretends to be a showcase for the dubious writing talents of new performance poet Yana Alana, but it is actually a poignant study of very dysfunctional relationships.

Tha long suffering Paranas are locked into a cycle of behavior that allows them to be abused and diminished every night. Yana is solipsistic and deluded!

She truly believes she is the next Barbara Streisand, and that Las Vegas follows the next gig. Tha Paranas are complicit in allowing her to continue believing this.

And you, the audience is also complicit.
